Shipping Methods
Picnicbasket.com ships all orders within the 48 contiguous United States using UPS or United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped using ground service. Expedited Shipping methods are not available for orders placed on Picnicbasket.com.
Shipping Transit Times
Depending on package destination, shipping transit time may take between 3 - 8 business days.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped using United States Postal Service. Expedited shipping services are not available for orders going to those destinations. Please allow up to 15 business days for your order to arrive.
APO/FPO & P.O. Box Addresses
Picnicbasket.com ships all orders going to APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses using United States Postal Service. Expedited shipping is not available at this time for orders going to APO/FPO address and P.O. Box addresses. Standard delivery timeframes do not apply to orders being shipped to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses. To avoid delay, Picnicbasket.com recommends using a physical mailing address as opposed to an APO or P.O. Box address.
International Shipping
Picnicbasket.com does not offer international shipping. Please take this into consideration when placing your order on our website.
Shipping Locations
Most of our items ship directly from our warehouse located in Pennsylvania. Occasionally, Picnicbasket.com may ship your order from alternative warehouses located through-out the continental United States. For more information on where your order is shipping from, please contact our customer service department at 1.800.946.3788.
Undeliverable Shipments
UPS will attempt to delivery your package up to 3 times. Unless requested by the customer, Picnicbasket.com does not require a customer signature upon delivery. After 3 delivery attempts, UPS will return the package back to Picnicbasket.com. Under these circumstances, an additional shipping charge will apply to your order. If the customer chooses a refund, an additional shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. These terms apply to all orders being shipped using United States Postal Service, as well.
Recipient Refusal
Picnicbasket.com will charge an additional $10.00 return delivery fee for any order that is not damaged. An additional shipping charge will be required for re-shipment.
